1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ph366 online gaming platform, including all casino games, sports betting, eBingo, and online poker services available at ph366.onl ("the Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms. • You have not been previously excluded or suspended from ph366.

ph366 does not knowingly allow access to minors. If we discover that a player is under 21, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be voided. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control tools to prevent minors from accessing online gaming platforms.

3Account Registration and KYC

Each player may hold only one registered account on ph366. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all accounts associated with the same individual, device, IP address, or payment method.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. ph366 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as a standard step before withdrawal processing. KYC requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — this is a one-time process.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. ph366 uses OTP (one-time password) verification and SSL encryption on all sessions to help protect your account, but you must not share your password or OTP with any third party. ph366 will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or support.

4Deposits and Payments

All transactions on ph366 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph366 supports deposits via Philippine online and mobile banking, local bank transfers, and supported local e-wallets. Specific available channels are displayed at the time of deposit in your account.

Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. ph366 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from an unmatched source, the transaction may be reversed and the account placed under review.

• Credit cards are not accepted as a deposit method on ph366.
• Cryptocurrency and crypto-based payment methods are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and are shown at checkout.
• Deposits are credited to your PHP account balance after payment confirmation.

ph366 does not charge deposit fees on its end. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — these are outside ph366's control.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same Philippine bank account or e-wallet used for your deposit, subject to successful KYC verification. ph366 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment channel selected and may vary. VIP account holders are given priority on withdrawal processing — see the VIP page for details.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of request.
• Accounts with active bonus conditions may have withdrawal restrictions until wagering requirements are met.
• ph366 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals to cryptocurrency wallets are not supported.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on ph366 — whether on casino games, slots, live casino, sports betting, eBingo, or poker — are final once confirmed. ph366 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed and confirmed.

Game outcomes on ph366 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for virtual games, and by live dealer results for live casino tables. ph366 does not manipulate game outcomes. Sports betting results are settled based on official scores and results from the relevant governing body or league.

• Bets placed on cancelled or postponed events will be voided and stakes returned to your balance.
• In-play betting lines are offered on selected sports events and are subject to real-time odds changes.
• ph366 reserves the right to void any bet placed under technical error, system fault, or obvious pricing mistake.
• Maximum bet limits apply per game type and are displayed in the relevant game or betting market.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent play is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

For sports betting, ph366 covers events including Philippine Basketball Association (PBA), NBA, international football leagues, boxing, volleyball, and esports. Coverage may change based on scheduling and availability.

7Bonuses and Promotions

ph366 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, cashback, or other incentives to eligible players from time to time. The specific terms of any bonus — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry periods — are stated in the individual promotion details at the time the offer is made.

• ph366 does not guarantee any specific bonus amount, percentage, or availability at any given time.
• Bonuses are for the registered account holder only and cannot be transferred.
• Abuse of bonus terms — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus and related winnings.
• ph366 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion with reasonable notice.

8Responsible Gaming

ph366 is committed to providing tools that help players manage their gaming activity. All registered players can access deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options directly from their account settings.

Online gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a way to earn income or resolve financial problems. ph366 does not guarantee wins, and no betting strategy eliminates the risk of loss. If you feel that your gaming habits are becoming difficult to control, we encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool or contact support.

• Self-exclusion periods are enforced across the platform. Requests to shorten or reverse a self-exclusion period before it expires will not be accommodated.
• Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to register new accounts during the exclusion period.
• ph366 is for players 21 years and above only. This is a firm requirement, not a recommendation.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ph366. Violation of any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on ph366.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing ph366 using a VPN, proxy, or similar tool to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Colluding with other players, match-fixing, or any form of cheating or fraud.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Making deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph366 staff or other players via any communication channel.

10Account Suspension and Closure

ph366 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following situations:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a chargeback from a payment provider.
• Account inactivity for an extended period, as defined in the Platform's operational guidelines.

In the event of a suspension due to suspected fraud, the balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the balance will be released to the verified payment method on file. ph366 will communicate account suspension decisions to the registered email address associated with the account.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Before closing, any pending withdrawals will be processed to the verified payment method on record.

11Limitation of Liability

ph366 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control may result in temporary unavailability.

• ph366 is not liable for loss of funds resulting from a player's failure to secure their own account credentials.
• ph366 is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's end during a live game or bet placement.
• ph366's liability for any claim is limited to the account balance held at the time the claim arises.
• ph366 does not accept liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits ph366's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12Privacy

ph366 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as described in that document.

ph366 does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is shared only where necessary for payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

13Changes to These Terms
